FEATURES:
This Impact Tester has a streamlined pendulum design effectively eliminates energy loss due to pendulum vibration. The impact range is indicated on a dial. This provides direct indication of values for the capacity, as well as a long scale for more finite readings. These Impact Testing Machines are designed for conducting Charpy & IZOD tests for variety of materials mainly plastic and electric insulating materials. The test method strictly conforms to Indian and British standards namely IS: 867-1963 and BS: 2782 Part- III- 1965.

To assure accurate indication of the impact force, even the factor of pointer drag has been eliminated. Only the hub of the indicator shaft turns. To obtain a scale reading, the operator moves the pointer to align the lines on the pointer and hub with the aid of a magnifying glass.
